The Home is looking for a member to take
the position of Building Supervisor. This is a paid part time position for Tuesday,
Thursday & Friday of each week from 9 am to 1 pm.

HOME ASSOCIATION NEWS
Our nice facilities of the Council, mainly the Pollini Room was completed on October 30th, 1954. This will make the building 57 years old in October. The Brady
Room was added on at a later date. The members paid a Bond of $85,000.00 in 1989
to re-do the Pollini Room. We have had some irregular repairs to the building
lately such as, all new sockets for the Chandeliers which cost $2200.00., new motor on roof for a/c for lobby & upstairs
$2000.00, a refrigerator motor needed cost $1100.00 this all in above our regular
costs of taxes, LILCO, Gas bills, Garbage etc. The Home will be running some
events soon to help bring pay some of these costs and all we ask is for your cooperation by attending some of these events.,
